Genève-Servette HC
The Genève-Servette HC (also called Servette or GSHC) is a professional ice hockey club based in Geneva, Switzerland and competing in the National League (NL), the top tier of the Swiss hockey league system. The team plays their home games at the Patinoire des Vernets, which has a seating capacity of 7,135. The team is currently the oldest team in the NL, being founded in 1905. EHC Biel
EHC Biel-Bienne is a professional ice hockey club based in the bilingual city of Biel/Bienne, Switzerland and plays in the National League (NL). Since the city of Biel is completely bilingual, alongside the German name EHC Biel (Abbr: EHCB) the team also has a French name, HC Bienne (Abbr: HCB). The team plays its home games in the 6,521-seat Tissot Arena. History EHC Biel played in lower Swiss ice hockey leagues until they got promoted in the second-tier Swiss League in 1960. In 1975 EHC Biel won the Swiss League-title and got promoted to the first level, the National League. Swiss Cup (ice Hockey)
The Swiss Cup was the national ice hockey cup competition of Switzerland which had been played annually from 2015 until 2021. The tournament was originally played from 1957 to 1966, then once more in 1972. On 28 May 2013, the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation announced that the cup will be revived from the 2014–15 season. At the beginning of the 2020-21 season, the SIHF announced that the 2021 edition would be the last one. SC Bern won the final edition on February 28, 2021, against the ZSC Lions in an empty Hallenstadion. EHC Kloten
EHC Kloten is an ice hockey team based in the city of Kloten in Switzerland. The team plays in the National League (NL). It has one of the best youth systems in Swiss ice hockey as its youth teams have won 19 championships during the last 50 years. EHC Kloten won four consecutive Swiss championships from 1993 to 1996. They had never been relegated until the 2017–18 season. They returned to the NL following the 2021-22 season. The team was called the Kloten Flyers between 2000 and 2016. EV Zug is a professional men's ice hockey team from Zug, Switzerland. It is a member of the National League and plays its home games at the Bossard Arena. History EV Zug won its first championship in the 1997–98 season, and the second one in the 2020-21 season. On October 3, 2011, the club defeated the New York Rangers of the NHL by the score of 8-4 in an exhibition game.
