Geneva High School is a public high school located in Geneva, New York, United States. The school serves grades 9-12 and is a part of the Geneva City School District. The principal is Gregory Baker, the assistant principal is Timothy Baker, and the associate principal is Tricia Budgar. History Relatively little is known about the early history of Geneva public schools. On June 19, 1812, the New York State legislature passed an act for the establishment of Common Schools which became the basis of the common school system in the state. Gym Class Heroes was an American rap rock band from Geneva, New York. The group formed in 1997 when Travie McCoy met drummer Matt McGinley during their high school gym class. The band's music displays a wide variety of influences, including hip hop, rock, funk, and reggae.
