Olof Molander
Olof Johan Harald Molander (8 October 1892 – 26 May 1966) was a Swedish theatre and film director. He was most notable for his many Strindberg and Shakespeare productions. Biography Molander was born in Helsinki. He was the son of the director and writer John Harald Molander, Sr. (1858–1900) and actress Lydia Molander (1851–1929). His brother was the filmmaker Gustaf Molander (1888–1973). He was the uncle of the actor Jan Molander (1920–2009). He entered the Royal Dramatic Training Academy in 1912. Molander was First Director of Sweden's Royal Dramatic Theatre from 1919 to 1963. John Ekman (15 November 1880 – 22 November 1949) was a Swedish film actor. Biography He first trained as an artist under Richard Bergh (1858-1919). Uno Henning
Knut Uno Henning (11 September 1895, Stockholm – 16 May 1970) was a Swedish stage and film actor. Henning's parents were Karl Bernhard Henning and Eleanor (Ellen) Martin. His father owned a bakery factory. Henning studied at the Royal Swedish Dramatic Theatre School between 1915–1917. After graduating he performed at the Royal Dramatic Theatre, Stockholm between 1918–1925 and returned there again between 1935–1965. Between 1929 and 1935 he was engaged by another Stockholm theatre, the Blanche Theatre. He made his film debut in 1919 in Rune Carlsten's ''A Dangerous Courtship'' and came to be involved in some 40 Swedish films and TV productions over his career. Gustav Edvin Adolphson (25 February 1893 – 31 October 1979) was a Swedish film actor and director who appeared in over 500 roles. He made his debut in 1912. He appeared with Ingrid Bergman in '' Only One Night'' (1939), and is noted for his roles in the film ''Änglar, finns dom?'' (1961), the television version of August Strindberg's ''Hemsöborna'' (1966), and as Markurell in ''Markurells i Wadköping'' (1968). He also directed the first Swedish sound film, '' Säg det i toner'' in 1929.
