Dover International Speedway
Dover Motor Speedway (formerly Dover Downs International Speedway and later Dover International Speedway) is a race track in Dover, Delaware. The track has hosted at least one NASCAR Cup Series race each year since 1969, including two per year from 1971 to 2020. In addition to NASCAR, the track also hosted USAC and the Indy Racing League. The track features one layout, a concrete oval, with 24° banking in the turns and 9° banking on the straights. The speedway is owned and operated by Speedway Motorsports. The track, nicknamed "The Monster Mile", was built in 1969 by Melvin Joseph of Melvin L. Joseph Construction Company, Inc., with an asphalt surface, but was replaced with concrete in 1995. Matt Kobyluck
Matt Kobyluck (born February 19, 1970) is a driver in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, a regional stepping-stone series to NASCAR's national divisions. Kobyluck, who celebrated his 10th season in the NCWS East in 2008, is one of the few drivers left that competed under the old Busch North Series banner, and is the only driver of Native American descent in the series. Career Kobyluck began his career in 1993 driving in the popular Late Model division at Waterford Speedbowl in his home state of Connecticut. There, he posted numerous wins, top-five, and top-10 finishes – proving his ability to maneuver around the tight confines of a 3/8 mile bullring. The 2008 NASCAR Camping World East Series was the 22nd season of the Camping World East Series, a regional stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR. Sean Caisse
Sean James Caisse (born January 30, 1986) is an American former stock car racing driver. Career Caisse rose through the ranks of karting to full-size stock cars at Lee USA Speedway in Lee, New Hampshire. He progressed from Hobby Stocks to Late Models and beyond while still a teenager. In 2002 Caisse finished second in the Hobby Stock category at the local speedway. For 2003 Caisse joined the Northeastern Midget Association. Caisse's best results were two second-place finishes at Oswego Speedway and Star Speedway. The driver from New Hampshire finished seventh in the season standings. He then joined the NASCAR Featherlite Modified Series in 2004. With owner Art Barry, he won a pole and also drove in the NASCAR Busch North Series. 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series
The 2007 NASCAR Busch East Series was the 21st season of the K&N Pro Series East, Busch East Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR. The season consisted of thirteen races and began on April 28 at Greenville-Pickens Speedway with the Greased Lightning 150. The season finale, the Sunoco 150, was held on September 21 at Dover International Speedway. Mike Olsen entered the season as the defending drivers' champion. Joey Logano won the championship, 166 points in front of Sean Caisse. This season was the last season with Anheuser-Busch's Busch Beer as the series' title sponsor after a 21-year relationship.
