General Secretary Of Bangladesh Nationalist Party
The Secretary General of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party is the executive officer of the Nationalist Party, a Political organisation, political organization in Bangladesh. The Secretary General has direct control over all departments in the party. The Secretary General also serves as an advisor to all departments when not directly making decisions. The Secretary General has holistic view over a wide range of issues, ranging from staff appointments to dismissal and approval of the Party's executive branch members. The Secretary General is also responsible for verifying documents, including election expenditures, and delegating functions among the party's organisational editors in consultation with the party chairman. KM Obaidur Rahman (5 May 1940 – 21 March 2007) was a Bangladeshi politician. He was a member of the Jatiya Sangsad in 1973 representing Bangladesh Awami League and in 1979, 1996 and 2001 representing the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Khondkar Delwar Hossain (1 February 1933 – 16 March 2011) was a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician. He served as the secretary general of the party. He was elected five times as a Member of Parliament from constituency Manikganj-1 (Ghior-Doulatpur). Delwar was awarded Ekushey Padak in 2005 by the government of Bangladesh. Abdul Mannan Bhuiyan (; 3 January 1943 – 28 July 2010) was a Bangladeshi politician of Bangladesh Nationalist Party. Early life Bhuiyan was born on 3 January 1943, at his maternal grandfather's house at Asad Nagar village under Mashimpur Union of Shibpur Upazila in Narsingdi District. The Bangladesh Nationalist Party ( bn, বাংলাদেশ জাতীয়তাবাদী দল, Bangladesh Jātīyotābādī Dol; BNP) is a centre-right to right-wing nationalist, political party in Bangladesh and one of the major political parties of Bangladesh. Abu Saleh Mohammad Mustafizur Rahman (24 November 1934 – 30 November 1996) was a lieutenant colonel of the Bangladesh Army, a Jatiya Sangsad member of parliament representing the Khulna-2 and Bagerhat-2 constituencies, and a government minister. Early life Rahman was born on 24 November 1934 at Ranabijoypur in Bagerhat in the then Bengal Presidency. His father Khan Bahadur Bazlur Rahman was a custom commissioner. Nurul Islam Shishu is a retired General of Bangladesh Army, a veteran of the Bangladesh Liberation war, and former Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician.
