Gegham Baghdasaryan ( hy, Գեղամ Բաղդասարի Բաղդասարյան, December 25, 1902, Tabriz – November 14, 1976, Yerevan) better known by his pen name Gegham Saryan ( hy, Գեղամ Սարյան) is an Armenian poet and translator. In 1922, he immigrated to Armenia. Iranian-Armenians ( hy, իրանահայեր ''iranahayer''), also known as Persian-Armenians ( hy, պարսկահայեր ''parskahayer''), are Iranians of Armenian ethnicity who may speak Armenian as their first language.
