Geetha (actress)
Geetha Kadambee (born 14 July 1962) is an Indian actress who appears in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi films. She debuted in the Tamil film ''Bairavi'' (as Rajinikanth's sister). Since then she has acted in over 200 films in all major South Indian languages, and in a few Hindi films. She also appears in South Indian television serials. Geetha has won two Filmfare Awards South and a Karnataka State Film Awards and Kerala State Film Awards each. Career Geetha made her film debut with the 1978 Tamil film ''Bairavi'' as the title character in which she played Rajinikanth's sister. She was in her seventh grade when she was cast for the film. She later discontinued her studies to concentrate on her movie career. Abdul Salam (9 October 1946 – 19 December 2018) was an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema known by his stage name Geetha Salam, known for ''Malabar Wedding'', ''Jalolsavam'' (2004) and ''Mylanchi Monchulla Veedu'' (2014). He lived in Krishnapuram, Alappuzha, Kerala. He performed in about 82 Films and some TV series. Personal life He was married to Rahmath, and is survived by two sons, Shan and Shafeer. Geetha Vijayan (born 22 June 1972) is an Indian actress who appears in Malayalam movies, a few Tamil and Hindi movies. She debuted in the 1990 Malayalam comedy- thriller film ''In Harihar Nagar''. Sathi Geetha (born 5 July 1983) is an Indian track and field athlete from Palakollu, Andhra Pradesh. She is a sprinter specializing in the 400 metres. Sathi Geetha was born on 5 July 1983 in Maruteru, coming from a Telugu Hindu traditional and small middle-class family. Geetha finished seventh in 4 × 400 metres relay at the 2004 Summer Olympics, together with teammates K. M. Beenamol, Chitra K. Soman and Rajwinder Kaur. Geetha also won a silver medal at the 2005 Asian Championships in a personal best time of 51.75 seconds. ''Geetha'' is a 1981 Indian Kannada-language romantic drama film directed by and starring Shankar Nag in lead, alongside Akshatha Rao in title role. The supporting cast features K. S. Ashwath, Ramesh Bhat and Gayathri. Ilayaraaja composed the soundtrack and the background score for the film that and was declared a blockbuster musical hit. He went on to re-use four songs from the movie in five different films later. The Hellenic National Defence General Staff ( el, Γενικό Επιτελείο Εθνικής Άμυνας, abbr. ΓΕΕΘΑ) is the senior staff of the Hellenic Armed Forces. It was established in 1950, when the separate armed services ministries were consolidated into the Ministry of National Defence.
