Bobby G (also known as Bobby Gee) (born Robert Alan Gubby, 23 August 1953) is a member of pop group Bucks Fizz, best known for winning the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest and for achieving three UK number one hits with "Making Your Mind Up" (1981), " The Land of Make Believe" (1981) and "My Camera Never Lies" (1982). Francisco Alejandro Gutierrez (February 19, 1962 – October 22, 2005), known professionally as Franky Gee, was an American-German singer, rapper and soldier. He was the lead vocalist of the Europop group Captain Jack. Early life Gee was born in Havana, Cuba, with 3 siblings. His family emigrated to Miami, Florida, and he then went on to Mallorca, Spain when he was young. After college, he enlisted in the United States Army, and was stationed in Germany. While there, he began his career as a disc jockey. He grew tired of military service and decided to stay in Germany when his enlistment expired. Ethel Elizabeth Gee (10 May 1914 – 7 June 1984), nicknamed "Bunty", was an Englishwoman who helped her lover spy for the Soviet Union. She was a minor member of the Portland Spy Ring. Early life The daughter of a blacksmith, Ethel Gee lived on the Isle of Portland, England. She left school at 15 to begin employment. In October 1950, she became a filing clerk at the Admiralty Underwater Weapons Establishment at Portland. Dolly Gee was a Chinese-American banker. She was the manager of San Francisco's Chinatown branch of the Bank of America for 34 years and is considered the first woman bank manager in America. Biography Gee was born in China and came to the United States as an infant in 1901. When Gee was 15 or 16 years old, her father, Charles F. Gee, was looking for a young person to work with the French American Bank to develop its business in San Francisco's Chinatown. Darron Gee is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder. He was most recently the assistant manager of York City. Gee played in non-League football with Hucknall Town, before moving into management with Dunkirk, with whom he won promotion to the Central Midlands League Supreme Division in the 1995–96 season.
