Gayoon
Heo Ga-yoon (born May 18, 1990), better known by the mononym Gayoon, is a South Korean actress and singer. She is a former member of South Korean girl group 4Minute and its sub-group 2Yoon. Biography Early life and education Heo was born on May 18, 1990, in Goyang. She received second place at SM's 9th "Best Singer Contest" in 2005. She graduated from Dongduk Girl's High School. In 2008, Heo appeared in Mario's "I'm Yours" music video, with Seulong from 2AM. In 2011, she enrolled into Dongguk University where she majored in film and theater. On September 17, 2014, Heo, along other stars, were appointed as ambassadors of Dongguk University. 2Yoon
2Yoon (Hangul: 투윤, commonly stylized as 2YOON) was the first and only sub-group of South Korean girl group 4Minute, formed by Cube Entertainment in 2013. The sub-group consisted of Gayoon and Jiyoon., translated to English at History Gayoon and Jiyoon were the lead singers of 4Minute. Cube Entertainment CEO Hong Seung Sung wanted to pair them in a sub-group after watching the duo perform live at the 2011 United Cube in London. The duo were known to fans collectively as Ssangyoon (Hangul: 쌍윤) (a portmanteau of the Hangul word for "twins" and the last characters of their given name "yoon"). However, as the pronunciation of "Ssangyoon" involves a tensed consonant, it was deemed to be ill-fitting for the group's cute image. As such, the sub-unit was renamed as 2Yoon. 4Minute
4Minute (, often stylized as 4MINUTE) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2009 by Cube Entertainment. The members of the group were Son Ji-hyun, Nam Ji-hyun, Heo Ga-yoon, Jeon Ji-yoon, Hyuna, Kim Hyuna and Kwon So-hyun. The group was known for its edgy dance-pop style and "girl crush" image that attracted a large female fan base. The group debuted in June 2009 with the single, "Hot Issue." E-Tribe (Hangul: ) is a South Korean record artist and music duo consisting of Ahn Myung-won and Kim Young-deuk. They are most known for producing " Gee" by Girls' Generation, "U-Go-Girl" by Lee Hyo-ri, "Yayaya" by T-ara, " It's You" by Super Junior, and "I Know" by Se7en. Due to the consistent success of these singles, the duo has become well accepted and known in the South Korean music scene. Kim Hyun-ah (born June 6, 1992), better known by the mononym Hyuna (stylized HyunA), is a South Korean singer-songwriter, rapper and model. She debuted as a member of the girl group Wonder Girls in February 2007.
