Gaume Natural Park
Gaume Natural Park (french: Parc Naturel de Gaume) is a natural park situated in Gaume, in the Province of Luxembourg, Belgium. It was created on 18 December 2014 by the Walloon government. Covering 58104 ha, it is composed of several municipalities: Aubange (sections of Rachecourt and Halanzy), Etalle, Florenville, Meix-devant-Virton, Musson, Rouvroy, Saint-Léger, Tintigny and Virton. Objectives The natural Park aims to value the local identity and its natural and human resources. It should improve social cohesion and quality of life in the villages. It makes it easier for information to circulate, coordinate initiatives, federate actions. It should also make it possible for young peoples to have to possibility to live and work in Gaume Gaume () is a region in the extreme southeast of Belgium. Halanzy
Halanzy (Gaumais: ''Halazi''; lb, Hueldang;Zesummegestallt vum Henri Leyder-Lëtzebuerger Marienkalender 1997-iwwerschaft 3/2011. german: Holdingen) is a village of Wallonia and a district of the municipality of Aubange, located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. The history of Halanzy is connected to the mining of iron ore in the area. A memorial of its past as a mining town is the preserved early steam locomotive in the town centre. Tintigny (; wa, Tintnî) is a Municipalities of Belgium, municipality of Wallonia located in the Luxembourg (Belgium), province of Luxembourg, Belgium. Meix-devant-Virton (, literally ''Meix before Virton''; Gaumais: ''Minch-duvant-Vèrtan''; wa, Méch-divant-Vierton) is a municipality of Wallonia located in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium.
