Gary Stills
Gary Stills (born July 11, 1974) is a former American football linebacker who played ten seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for West Virginia University. He was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft, and also played for the Baltimore Ravens, St. Louis Rams and Las Vegas Locomotives. Early years Stills attended Valley Forge Military Academy, where as a senior he registered 162 tackles with 7.5 sacks. College career Stills played college football at West Virginia University. During his career, he finished with 159 tackles and 26 sacks. He majored in sports management. His best season was in 1997. As a junior, he finished the year with 12 sacks. The 2000 NFL season was the 81st regular season of the National Football League. The 1999 NFL season, 1999 season was the Kansas City Chiefs' 40th in the National Football League (NFL) and their 30th overall. The season began with the promotion of defensive coordinator Gunther Cunningham to head coach following the resignation of Marty Schottenheimer after the Chiefs finished with a 7–9 record in 1998 Kansas City Chiefs season, 1998. 1999 NFL Season
The 1999 NFL season was the 80th regular season of the National Football League. The Cleveland Browns returned to the field for the first time since the 1995 season, while the Tennessee Oilers changed their name to "Tennessee Titans," with the league retiring the name "Oilers." Frankfurt Galaxy (NFL Europe)
The Frankfurt Galaxy were a professional American football team that originally played in the World League of American Football and later in the resurrected NFL Europe. The team was based in Frankfurt, Germany and played in the Commerzbank-Arena, formerly called Waldstadion. The Galaxy was the only team in the league to have remained in operation and in the same city throughout the league's existence. The 1997 Marshall Thundering Herd football team represented the Marshall University as a member of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) during the 1997 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by second-year head coach Bob Pruett, the Thundering Herd compiled an overall record of 10–3 with a mark of 7–1 in conference play, winning the MAC's East Division title.
