Ennis, Texas
Ennis () is a city in eastern Ellis County, Texas. It is on the edge of the blackland prairie region of Texas. The population is 20,159 according to the 2020 census, with an estimated population of 21,210 in 2021. Ennis is home to the annual National Polka Festival. History The area that would later become the city of Ennis was first inhabited by the Tonkawa Native Americans. 1995 Oregon Ducks Football Team
The 1995 Oregon Ducks football team represented the University of Oregon as a member of the Pacific-10 Conference (Pac-10) during the 1995 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by first-year head coach Mike Bellotti, the Ducks compiled an overall record of 9–3 with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, placing third in the Pac-10. Oregon was invited to the Cotton Bowl, where the Ducks lost to Colorado. The team played home games at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon. Jonathan Stewart
Jonathan Creon Stewart (born March 21, 1987) is a former American football running back. He played college football at the University of Oregon and was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the first round (13th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played 10 seasons with Carolina, making the 2016 Pro Bowl, before spending one season with the New York Giants. 2007 Oregon Ducks Football Team
The 2007 Oregon Ducks football team represents the University of Oregon in the 2007 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The team was coached by Mike Bellotti and played their home games at Autzen Stadium. The Ducks rose to a national rank of number 2 in the Bowl Championship Series poll, until an injury to star quarterback Dennis Dixon led to defeat at the hands of the Arizona Wildcats on November 15, 2007. The Ducks lost to Arizona 34–24 in that game. They lost the next game to UCLA in Los Angeles as backup quarterback Brady Leaf was also knocked out of the game. The final score was 16–0. Onterrio Raymond Lloyd Smith (born December 8, 1980) is a former professional American football running back who played for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Oregon, after being kicked off the team by Head coach Phillip Fulmer at Tennessee. Maurice Autora Morris (born December 1, 1979) is a former American football running back. He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft and also played for the Detroit Lions. He played college football at Oregon Ducks football, Oregon. After playing college football at the University of Oregon, he was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the third round of the 2000 NFL Draft.
