Garth Wood
Garth Wood (born 13 June 1978) is an Australian professional boxer and former professional rugby league footballer. Wood won the 2009/2010 Contender Boxing Series. He played rugby league for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Balmain Tigers in the NRL. Background Wood was born in Sydney. Garth is the brother of Balmain Tigers, Sydney Roosters and Warrington Wolves utility Nathan Wood and the son of Newtown, Norths and Souths halfback Barry Wood. Victor Oganov (born August 11, 1976 in Syktyvkar, Komi ASSR, Russian SFSR) is a Russian boxer of Russian and Armenian descent. Career Oganov was 64-16 as an amateur and turned pro as a super middleweight in Russia in 1998 year. He had a good start in Saint Petersburg Russia with management team Tundra. In 2003 he went to Australia in search of more fights and soon found manager Kostya Tszyu then after one year left his team and joined a new manager-coach Jeff Fenech. Oganov won his first 26 fights by knockout. The Brisbane Entertainment Centre is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in the Brisbane suburb of Boondall, Queensland, Australia. The centre is managed by ASM Global. Sam Soliman (born 13 November 1973) is an Australian professional boxer, and former kickboxer and mixed martial artist. In boxing, he held the IBF middleweight title in 2014. Kickboxing career Soliman is a former world champion in kickboxing, and also competed in Muay Thai. Professional boxing career On 20 April 1997, Soliman made his professional boxing debut, defeating Heath Stenton by four-round unanimous decision (UD). In the first half of his career he won a multitude of regional titles, from light-middleweight to cruiserweight. Virgil "The Conqueror" Kalakoda (born 24 December 1979) is a South African welterweight boxer and kickboxer, fighting out of Full Body Impact Gym in Sydney, Australia. He is former light-middleweight boxing champion and competed in K-1 MAX. Early career Virgil grew up in Cape Town, South Africa. Hordern Pavilion is a building located in Moore Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, on the grounds of the old Sydney Showground. Daniel Geale (born 26 February 1981) is an Australian former professional boxer who competed from 2004 to 2016. He held the unified WBA (Super) and IBF middleweight titles between 2011 and 2013, and the IBO middleweight title from 2007 to 2009.
