Garth Brennan
Garth Brennan (born 18 February 1972) is an Australian professional rugby league football coach who was the head coach of the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL. He previously held coaching positions at the Newcastle Knights and the Penrith Panthers. Playing career Born and raised in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, Brennan played his junior rugby league for the Western Suburbs Rosellas. In the 1990s, he played for the Rosellas and Waratah-Mayfield in the Newcastle Rugby League, primarily at . Coaching career In 2003, Brennan became the assistant coach for the Newcastle Knights Jersey Flegg Cup side. In 2007, he became the head coach of the Knights' Harold Matthews Cup side, coaching them for two seasons. In 2009, he moved up to the Knights' NYC side as assistant coach. The NSW Cup, currently known as the Knock-On Effect NSW Cup for sponsorship reasons, is a rugby league competition for clubs in New South Wales. The competition has a history dating back to the NSWRFL's origins in 1908, starting off as a reserve grade competition, and is now the premier open age competition in the state. Luke Burt
Luke Kevin Burt (born 6 June 1981) is a professional rugby league coach who was the interim co-coach of the Gold Coast Titans in the NRL, and an Australian former professional rugby league footballer. Burt and Craig Hodges were replaced by Justin Holbrook as head coach just before 2020 NRL season commenced. He was the assistant coach at the Titans under previous head coach Garth Brennan. He previously coached the Parramatta Eels in the National Youth Competition. A goal-kicking winger and occasional , he played his entire career for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League. Terry Matterson (born 4 March 1967) is an Australian rugby league coach and former player. Matterson played in Australia's premiership for the Eastern Suburbs Roosters and the Brisbane Broncos, and was also selected to play in the State of Origin series, State of Origin for New South Wales rugby league team, New South Wales once in 1989.
