Garry Bocaly
Garry René Bertrand Bocaly (born 19 April 1988) is a French former professional footballer who played as a right back. Club career Olympique de Marseille Bocaly was born in Schœlcher, Martinique. He began his football career at Marseille, joining in 2004 as a 15-year-old. While progressing through the youth system, he played in central defence and defensive midfield before settling in the right-back position. Bocaly made his debut on 5 March 2006 against rivals Paris Saint-Germain in the annual '' Classique'' under bizarre circumstances. In protest against security flaws at the Parc des Princes, Marseille president Pape Diouf decided to use players from the club's youth academy and CFA2 reserve team in the match. Despite media expectations of heavy defeat, the youngsters held PSG to a goalless draw. Montpellier Hérault Sport Club (), commonly referred to as Montpellier HSC or simply Montpellier, is a French professional football club based in the city of Montpellier in Occitanie. The original club was founded in 1919, while the current incarnation was founded through a merger in 1974. Montpellier currently plays in Ligue 1, the top level of French football and plays its home matches at the Stade de la Mosson, located within the city. The first team is managed by Olivier Dall'Oglio and captained by Teji Savanier. Montpellier is owned by Laurent Nicollin, the son of the late Louis Nicollin, a French entrepreneur, who had been owner since 1974. The Championnat National 3, commonly referred to as simply National 3 and formerly known as Championnat de France Amateur 2, is a football league competition. The league serves as the fifth division of the French football league system behind Ligue 1, Ligue 2, Championnat National, and the Championnat National 2. Usually contested by 168 clubs, the Championnat National 3 operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Championnat National 2 and the regional leagues of the Division d'Honneur, the sixth division of French football. Seasons run from August to May, with teams in twelve groups playing 26 games each totalling 2080 games in the season. Most games are played on Saturdays and Sundays, with a few games played during weekday evenings.
