Garo Project
GARO Project is a Japanese musical ensemble made up of the cast of the ''Garo'' television series. As a group, they released two singles in 2006 that featured the ending themes of the TV series and the made-for-TV movie '' Garo Special: Byakuya no Maju''. Garo (TV Series)
, sometimes referred to as , is a Japanese tokusatsu television series broadcast on TV Tokyo and its affiliates from October 7, 2005, to March 31, 2006, lasting 25 episodes (with one additional "Overview" special, summarizing the events of episodes 1 through 13, aired before episode 14). The series was created and directed by Keita Amemiya ''(Kamen Rider ZO'', ''Zeiram'') with supporting direction from Makoto Yokoyama (''Power Rangers'') and Kengo Kaji ( ''Uzumaki''). The creature designer was Yasushi Nirasawa, known for his later work as the designer of the Imagin for '' Kamen Rider Den-O'', as well as for his work designing the monsters of ''Kamen Rider Blade'' and ''Kamen Rider Kabuto''. Since 2007, the show has also been aired in other countries such as Italy (on MTV), Malaysia (on 8TV), and Spain (on Canal Buzz). Masaki Kyomoto
is a Japanese actor, singer song writer, and guitarist. He is famous for playing the role of Ryu on the television jidaigeki Hissatsu series. is a Japanese actor and Voice acting in Japan, voice actor. Until January 19, 2007, he was known by his birth name. He belonged to Stardust Promotion until the end of May 2015. Mika Hijii
is a Japanese actress and gravure idol best known for her role as Kaoru Mitsuki in the ''Garo'' series. She is also known in the western world for her role as Namiko Takeda in the 2009 martial arts film ''Ninja'' and its 2013 sequel '' Ninja: Shadow of a Tear''. Mika Hijii is affiliated with Stardust Promotion. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hosei University. Hijii is an avid practitioner of Kung fu. In 2011, she participated in the team division of the 28th All Japan Wushu Tai Chi Championship. She and Yayoi Kumada, a stunt actress whose work includes ''Garo,'' placed fourth. Hiroyuki Watanabe
was a Japanese actor. He primarily acted in dramas, of which a handful are tokusatsu series. One of his latest roles was as Taiga Saejima in the tokusatsu series ''GARO''. He also played Kamen Rider Gaoh in the ''Kamen Rider Den-O'' movie, '' Kamen Rider Den-O: I'm Born!''. Life Watanabe was born on December 9, 1955, in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture. He graduated from Takushoku University, Faculty of Commerce. During his studies at the university, he learned German while working for the German airline company Lufthansa. Watanabe began his career in entertainment by appearing in a Coca-Cola television commercial in 1980. He married actress in 1994. Watanabe was found dead at his private gym in the basement of his home on May 3, 2022, and his death was announced by his management agency on May 5.
