Gao Yang () (1909–2009) was a People's Republic of China politician. He was born in Liaoyang County, Liaoning Province. Jin Ming () (20 December 1913 – 15 March 1998) was a Chinese politician. He was originally from Qingzhou city, in Shandong province.
