Gang (film)
''Gang'' is a 2000 Indian Hindi-language gangster film, gangster drama film directed by Mazhar Khan (actor, born 1955), Mazhar Khan. The film stars Kumar Gaurav, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Javed Jaffrey, Juhi Chawla and Imtiaz Khan in pivotal roles. The film began production in 1990 and was delayed for 10 years because of director Mazhar Khan's ill health. After his death in 1998, his assistant director helped complete the film for release on 14 April 2000. The film was also the last to feature music by RD Burman who died in 1994. Plot Four friends, Gangu (Jackie Shroff), Abdul (Nana Patekar), Nihal (Kumar Gaurav) and Gary (Jaaved Jaffrey) - which forms the word G.A.N.G, get together to start their organised crime, crime business, but their roots are built on friendship and trust. Mazhar Khan (actor, Born 1955)
Mazhar Khan (22 July 1955 – 16 September 1998) was an Indian film and television actor, producer and director. Khan made his debut with the film '' Sampark'' (1979), playing the role of Brindavan, but was better acclaimed for his role as Abdul in '' Shaan'' (1980), as a street beggar. He made his debut as a producer with the film ''Bombay Fantasy'' (1983), and made his directorial debut with the film ''Gang'' (2000), released after Khan's death in 1998. Career Mazhar made his debut in the 1979 film '' Sampark''. He came into recognition with the 1980 film '' Shaan'' which was directed by Ramesh Sippy and co-starred Amitabh Bachchan and Shashi Kapoor. Mukesh Khanna
Mukesh Khanna (born 23 June 1958) is an Indian actor, talk show host and producer who works in Hindi language films and television shows. Amjad Khan (actor)
Amjad Khan (12 November 1940 — 27 July 1992) was an Indian actor and film director. He worked in over 132 films in a career spanning nearly twenty years. He was the son of the actor Jayant. He gained popularity for villainous roles in mostly Hindi films, the most famous being Gabbar Singh in the 1975 classic ''Sholay'' and of Dilawar in ''Muqaddar Ka Sikandar'' (1978).
