'' Gandhinagar Rendava Veedhi'' () is a 1987 Indian Telugu-language comedy film, produced by G. Reddy Shekar, J.Gopal Reddy and P. Pardhasaradhi Reddy under the Suseela Arts banner, Presented by Sarath Babu and directed by P. N. Ramachandra Rao. It stars Rajendra Prasad, Chandra Mohan, Gautami and music composed by G. Anand. The film is the debut of actress ''Gautami'' in the film industry and was released on 16 July 1987. The film is a remake of the Malayalam film ''Gandhinagar 2nd Street'' (1986). Plot Prasad (Chandra Mohan) a middle-class employee who stays along with his mother & sister, suffers from financial problems due to low income. Jandhyala Subrahmanya Sastry (14 January 1951 – 19 June 2001), known mononymously by his surname Jandhyala, was an Indian film director, screenwriter, playwright, and actor known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He is popularly known as Hasya Brahma (). In a career spanning more than two decades, he directed over 40 films and wrote the dialogue for more than 300 films. Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry
Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry (born Chembolu Seetharama Sastry; 20 May 1955 – 30 November 2021) was an Indian poet and lyricist known for his works in Telugu cinema and Telugu theatre. He acquired the stage name Sirivennela after writing the lyrics for K. Viswanath's directorial film of the same name in 1986. Sastry has garnered several awards including eleven state Nandi Awards and four Filmfare Awards South for his work. He has penned lyrics for over 3000 songs until 2020. Sutti Veerabhadra Rao or Mamidipalli Veerabhadra Rao was a very popular south Indian film actor who played comedians and character artists, as well as a renowned radio and theater artist.
