Inger Gamburg
Ingeborg (Inger) Johanne Gamburg née Mohr (1892–1979) was a Danish trade unionist and a member of the Communist Party of Denmark. From 1925, she chaired (Women Workers' Enlightenment Association). As a Communist, under the German occupation of Denmark in the Second World War, she was imprisoned in Denmark in June 1941 and later sent to the Stutthof Concentration Camp near Gdansk where she spent 30 months until the German capitulation. From 1946, she was a member of the Copenhagen City Council (). Biography Born on 25 January 1892 in Holbæk, Inger Mohr was the daughter of the metal worker August Andreas Søren Mohr (1854–1894) and Ane Sofie Christensen (1859–1909). In 1922, she married Abram Itzik Gamburg (1890–1950), a timber worker from Latvia. The marriage was dissolved in 1933. Grigori (German) Semyonovich Gamburg (russian: Григорий (Герман) Семёнович Гамбург; also Grigorij Gamburg, Grigory Semenovich Hamburg; in Warsaw, Vistula Land, Russian Empire – 28 October 1967 in Moscow, Soviet Union) was a Russian (Soviet) violinist, Viola, violist, composer and Conducting, conductor. Gamburg graduated from the Tiflis Conservatory (now the Tbilisi State Conservatoire) in 1922 studying composition with Nikolai Tcherepnin and violin with V.R. Vilshau (В.Р. Вильшау), and graduated in 1927 from the Moscow Conservatory studying composition with Nikolai Myaskovsky, violin with Boris Sibor (Борис Осипович Сибор), and conducting with Nikolai Malko. Gamburg did postgraduate studies in chamber music, and taught chamber music classes at the Moscow Conservatory from 1928 to 1941, becoming Professor of Chamber Music in 1939. Yefim Abramovich Gamburg (russian: Ефим Абрамович Гамбург; 10 June 1925 — 13 June 2000) was a Soviet and Russian animation director known for parody and musical cartoons. He studied at the Art faculty of the Lenin Moscow State Pedagogical University and joined Soyuzmultfilm in 1955 where he worked as an animator. Black Muscat (or Muscat Hamburg) is a red '' Vitis vinifera'' grape variety derived from the crossing of the Schiava Grossa and Muscat of Alexandria by Seward Snow, Head Gardener to Earl de Grey at Wrest Park, Bedfordshire UK in 1850, according to the Vitis International Variety Catalogue. It is known under a variety of local names such as '' Golden Hamburg, and Black Hamburg'' in the US; ''Muscat de Hambourg (or Hamburgh)'' in France; ''Moscato di Amburgo'' in Italy; and ''Muscat Gamburgskiy'' in Russia and former Soviet Union countries.
