The Gambia national women's cricket team is the team that represents The Gambia in international women's cricket. The team has played international cricket since 2015 and made its Twenty20 International (T20I) debut at the 2022 Nigeria Invitational Women's T20I Tournament. Sierra Leone Women's National Cricket Team
The Sierra Leone women's national cricket team represents the country of Sierra Leone in international women's cricket. In 2011 Sierra Leone was invited to the Africa Twenty20 Women's Tournament held in Uganda. Bakau
Bakau is a town on the Atlantic coast of Gambia, west of Gambia's capital city of Banjul. It is known for its botanical gardens, its crocodile pool ''Bakau Kachikally'' and for the beaches at Cape Point. Western African Ebola Virus Epidemic
The 2013–2016 epidemic of Ebola virus disease, centered in Western Africa, was the most widespread outbreak of the disease in history. It caused major loss of life and socioeconomic disruption in the region, mainly in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.
