Galaxy's Child
"Galaxy's Child " is the 90th episode of the American science fiction television series '' Star Trek: The Next Generation'', the 16th episode of the fourth season. It was originally released on March 11, 1991, in broadcast syndication. Set in the 24th century, the series follows the adventures of the Starfleet crew of the Federation starship Enterprise-D. In this episode, Chief Engineer Geordi La Forge is thrilled when Dr. Leah Brahms comes aboard the ''Enterprise''. Unfortunately, Brahms is nothing like the idealized holographic version La Forge fell for a year earlier, in the third season episode ''Booby Trap''. She's cold and humorless, not to mention married. Geordi La Forge
Geordi La Forge ( ) is a fictional character who appeared in all seven seasons of the American science fiction television series '' Star Trek: The Next Generation'' and its four feature films. Portrayed by LeVar Burton, he served as helmsman of the USS ''Enterprise''-D in the first season, then occupied the role of the chief engineer for the rest of the series and in the films. ''Trek Nation'' is a 2011 documentary film directed by Scott Colthorp examining the positive impact that ''Star Trek'' and creator Gene Roddenberry may have had on people's lives as seen through the eyes of his son, Eugene "Rod" Roddenberry, Jr. It includes interviews with castmembers and crew from all five ''Star Trek'' incarnations as well as with various fans and celebrities who were markedly influenced by the show while growing up. Caesarean section, also known as C-section or caesarean delivery, is the surgical procedure by which one or more babies are delivered through an incision in the mother's abdomen, often performed because vaginal delivery would put the baby or mother at risk.
