Gaetano Giallanza
Gaetano Giallanza (born 6 June 1974) is a Swiss-Italian former professional footballer, who played as a striker. He is now a football agent and represented Timm Klose during his transfer to Giallanza's old club Norwich City. Football career Giallanza played youth football with Old Boys and joined OB's first team for their 1991–92 in their Nationalliga B season. The following season he played with Basel U-18 team and had one appearance for their first team in Basel's 1992–93 season, also in the second tier of Swiss football. Giallanza moved on and signed for Servette in the 1993–94 Nationalliga A season. Servette won the championship and Giallanza scored one goal in ten appearances. He again moved on and signed for Young Boys for the 1994–95 Nationalliga A season. YB finished the qualification round bottom of the table and slipped into the relegation round. Stade Malherbe Caen (; commonly known as SM Caen, SMC, or simply Caen) is a French professional football team, based in the city of Caen in Normandy, that competes in the Ligue 2. The club was founded on 17 November 1913 by the merger of ''Club Malherbe Caennais'' and ''Club Sportif Caennais''. The team takes its name from François de Malherbe, a 17th century poet from Caen. The UEFA Intertoto Cup (from la, Inter, 'between' + german: toto, 'betting pool'),Most precisely, from (football pool); cf. often abbreviated and more known in the German-speaking world as UI Cup and originally called the International Football Cup, was a summer football competition. The competition was discontinued after the 2008 tournament. Teams who originally would have entered the Intertoto Cup now directly enter the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League from this point. Karl Engel (Swiss Footballer)
Karl Engel (born 24 November 1952) is a Swiss former footballer who played as a goalkeeper during the 1970s and 1980s. Career Engel began playing professionally in 1971 with FC Lucerne, where he continued to play until 1975 when he signed for Servette FC. He saw the most successful years of his career at Servette, winning the League Title in 1979, the Swiss Cup in 1978 and 1979, and the League Cup in 1977, 1979 and 1980. In 1980, he joined Neuchâtel Xamax and he played for the club until 1986 when he moved on to AC Lugano. He retired from playing in 1990. He was capped 26 times by the Swiss national team, making his debut in a 2–0 win over the United States on 6 September 1978 in Lucerne and playing his last international match on 10 November 1985, in a 1–1 draw with Norway, also in Lucerne.
