Gabrielle Douglas
Gabrielle Christina Victoria Douglas (born December 31, 1995) is an American artistic gymnast. She is the 2012 Olympic all around champion and the 2015 World all-around silver medalist. She was a member of the gold-winning teams at both the 2012 and the 2016 Summer Olympics, dubbed the "Fierce Five" and the "Final Five" by the media, respectively. She was also a member of the gold-winning American teams at the 2011 and the 2015 World Championships. Douglas is the first African American to become the Olympic individual all-around champion, and the first U.S. gymnast to win gold in both the individual all-around and team competitions at the same Olympics. She was also the 2016 AT&T American Cup all-around champion. Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi (born January 30, 1984), also known by his stage name Kid Cudi ( ), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, actor and fashion designer. The women's artistic individual all-around competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London was held at the North Greenwich Arena on 2 August. The final of the women's artistic team all-around competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics was held at the North Greenwich Arena in London on 31 July 2012. Eight teams qualified for the final, from a total of twelve that competed in the qualifications round. Each team was composed of five gymnasts. In the final, each team selected three gymnasts to compete on each apparatus. All three scores on each apparatus were summed to give a final team score. The United States team, known as the Fierce Five, finished first in qualifications and won the gold medal in the final. Russia won the silver, and Romania won the bronze.
