Guri i Kuq Lake ( sq, Liqeni i Gurit të Kuq; sr, Језеро Жути камен, ''Jezero Žuti kamen'', literally: "Yellow Stone Lake") is a lake in Kosovo, located on the Guri i Kuq mountain, in the Accursed Mountains range. It is the largest lakes in the Kosovan part of the range after Gjeravica Lake and Liqenat Lake. Unlike Liqenat Lake, the Guri i Kuq lake is not surrounded by trees but instead by large meadows. Hajla
Hajla ( sr-cyrl, Хајла; sq, Hajlë) is a mountain located between the borders of Kosovo and Montenegro. It has several peaks that reach over , the highest having which is also called Hajla. The northern slopes contains the spring formation of the Ibar river, and to its southern slopes is the origin of the Bistrica e Pejës (or the Pećka Bistrica) river. Hajla is also the highest mountain in the northern part of the Accursed Mountains of the Balkans. In Kosovo, Hajla forms part of the long Rugova Canyon. The nearest city to Hajla is Rožaje, in Montenegro. Accursed Mountains
The Accursed Mountains ( sq, Bjeshkët e Nemuna; sh-Cyrl-Latn, Проклетије, Prokletije, ; both translated as "Cursed Mountains"), also known as the Albanian Alps ( sq, Alpet Shqiptare), are a mountain group in the western part of the Balkans. It is the southernmost subrange of the Dinaric Alps range (Dinarides), extending from northern Albania to southern Kosovo and northeastern Montenegro. Rugova Canyon
Rugova Canyon or Rugova Gorge ( sq, Gryka e Rugovës; sr, Руговска клисура, Rugovska klisura, italic=yes) is a river canyon near Peja in Western Kosovo, in the Accursed Mountains, close to the border with Montenegro. With a length of and a depth up to 1,000 meters, Rugova is considered to be one of Europe's longest and deepest canyons. It was created by water erosion and the retreat of the Peja glacier.
