Gunnar Talsethagen
Gunnar Talsethagen (15 March 1931 − 11 December 2021) was a Norwegian author and former football player, football coach and lecturer. As an active player, Talsethagen spent most of his entire career at Molde FK. He grew up in Molde. Coaching career Gunnar Talsethagen had three spells as head coach at Molde FK between 1956 and 1968. Molde () is a town and municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Romsdal. It is located on the Romsdal Peninsula, surrounding the Fannefjord and Moldefjord. Molde Fotballklubb () is a professional football club based in Molde, Norway, that competes in Eliteserien, the top flight of Norwegian football. Founded on 19 June 1911, the club was originally known as International and changed its name to Molde in 1915. Molde are five-time league champions (2011, 2012, 2014, 2019 & 2022) and five-time Norwegian Cup winners (1994, 2005, 2013, 2014 and 2021), and have finished second in the league a further nine times. Arne Legernes
Arne Legernes (18 May 1931 – 14 August 2022) was a Norwegian footballer, who played as a midfielder. He played for Molde, making his senior debut in 1948. His brothers Odd, Bjørn and Tore also played for the club. Because of electrical engineering studies in Trondheim, he transferred to first-tier team Freidig in 1954, but came back to Molde in 1956 and contributed to Molde's promotion to 1957–58 Norwegian Main League. He played one match for Molde in Norwegian Main League against Sandefjord on 28 July 1957, before he moved to Larvik. In Larvik he had gotten a new job and started to play for Larvik Turn, where he played the rest of his active career. Legernes also played for the Norway national team 41 times and scored one goal. Molde Fotballklubb, also known simply as Molde FK, is a Norwegian professional football club based in Molde. The club is affiliated with Nordmøre og Romsdal Fotballkrets and play their home games at Aker Stadion. Formed on 19 June 1911, the club have won five national league titles and five national cup titles. Molde participated in the UEFA Champions League in 1999 where they met Real Madrid, Porto and Olympiacos in the group stage. This made them the second Norwegian football club, to have reached the group stage of the competition. Currently playing in Eliteserien, where the season lasts from March to November.
