Grace Dove
Grace Dove (born July 25, 1991) is a Canadian actress and television host, early known for her role as Hugh Glass' wife in the 2015 film '' The Revenant''; as well as Ricki, a talented mechanic in the 2018 film '' How It Ends''. Currently (2022) she stars alongside two-time Academy Awards winner Hilary Swank in the ABC network drama ''Alaska Daily'', as journalists shining light on missing and murdered indigenous women and girls (MMIWG). Early life Dove was born on July 25, 1991, and is Secwepemc from the Canim Lake Indian Band in the Cariboo region of British Columbia. She was raised in Prince George, British Columbia, where she attended Salmon Valley Elementary School and Kelly Road Secondary School. Canim Lake, British Columbia
Canim Lake is an unincorporated settlement with a pop. of 228 and First Nations Indian reserve community in British Columbia, Canada. It is located east of 100 Mile House in the Cariboo Region. The settlement is home to the Canim Lake Band ( Tsq'escen') of the Northern Shuswap Tribal Council, and lies at the southwestern end of Canim Lake. "Canim" means a type of large canoe in the Chinook Jargon. Vancouver Film School (VFS) is a private entertainment arts school located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Founded in 1987, it has achieved international recognition. The Vancouver Film School has campus locations around Downtown Vancouver and comprises six buildings. As part of the school's 20th anniversary in 2007, in August 2006 one million dollars was set aside in scholarships for new students.
