Pablo "Ambo" David Angeles (born Pablo Ángeles y David; August 17, 1889 – May 16, 1965) was a Filipino magistrate and statesman. Eddie "Among Ed" Tongol Panlilio (born December 6, 1953) is a Filipino Roman Catholic priest and Governor of Pampanga. He was suspended from his priestly duties upon announcing his intention to run as governor. Sotero Julao Baluyut (born Sotero Baluyut y Julao; January 3, 1889 – January 6, 1975), also known as Sotero Baluyot, was a Filipino politician and engineer. Biography Sotero Julao Baluyut was born on January 3, 1889, in San Fernando, Pampanga. His parents were Leoncio Baluyut and Casimira Julao. Francisco Tongio Liongson Sr. (December 3, 1869 – February 20, 1919) was a Filipino doctor and politician. He belonged to a generation of Philippine colonial subjects who struggled to evolve a national identity for their homeland in the fringes of the Spanish Empire.
