Camarines Sur ( bcl, Habagatan na Camarines; tl, Timog Camarines), officially the Province of Camarines Sur, is a province in the Philippines located in the Bicol Region on Luzon. Its capital is Pili and the province borders Camarines Norte and Quezon to the northwest, and Albay to the south. To the east lies the island province of Catanduanes across the Maqueda Channel. Felix Abad Fuentebella (September 5, 1915 – May 29, 2000) was the Representative of the Second District of Camarines Sur in the Philippines from 1954 to 1972 and the Provincial Governor of Camarines Sur from 1976 until 1986.
