John Clifford Strong (14 January 1922 – 24 September 2003) was Governor of the Turks and Caicos The Turks and Caicos Islands (abbreviated TCI; and ) are a British Overseas Territory consisting of the larger Caicos Islands and smaller Turks Islands, two groups of tropical islands in the Lucayan Archipelago of the Atlantic Ocean and nor ... from August 1978 to September 1982.
