Andrew Richard Good (born September 19, 1979) is a former professional baseball player who was a pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks and Detroit Tigers of Major League Baseball. He is a 1998 graduate of Rochester High School where he was taken in the 8th round of the 1998 Major League Baseball Draft. Good made his major league debut in 2003 for the Diamondbacks, pitching in 16 games, 10 starts. In 2004, he pitched mainly out of the bullpen, appearing in 17 games. He was acquired by Detroit in the offseason of 2005, spending most of the 2005 season in the AAA level. In 2006, he played in the Washington Nationals organization for the Triple-A New Orleans Zephyrs. Margaret Elizabeth Rowell Good (born August 23, 1976) is an American lawyer and politician from Florida. She served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020, representing the Sarasota area. She is a member of the Democratic Party. Early life and career Good grew up in Georgia and earned her bachelor's degree in German from the University of South Carolina and her master's degree from the University of Washington. ''The Good Life'' is a British sitcom, produced by BBC television. It ran from 4 April 1975 to 10 June 1978 on BBC 1 and was written by Bob Larbey and John Esmonde. Opening with the midlife crisis of Tom Good, a 40-year-old plastics designer, it relates the joys and setbacks he and his wife Barbara experience when they attempt to escape a modern "rat race" lifestyle by "becoming totally self-sufficient" in their suburban house in Surbiton. In 2004, it came 9th in ''Britain's Best Sitcom''. The lead roles are taken by Richard Briers and Felicity Kendal. Early life She was born as Victoria Jane Good in Buckinghamshire and went to Burnham Grammar School (as did Ulrika Jonsson) leaving in 1991, then studied Biomedical Sciences at the University of Bradford from 1992 to 1995. Career Lacey joined the BBC Weather Centre in April 2001, with her first broadcast in November 2001. She initially appeared regularly on the BBC News channel. In early broadcasts, her name appeared as Victoria Good, but she quickly changed this to Tori Good. After marrying, she changed her name to Tori Lacey. Thomas Good was a merchant of Adelaide, South Australia, a founder of the wholesale drapery business of Good, Toms & Co. History Thomas Good (c. 1822 – 21 January 1889) of Birmingham left England for South Australia in the ''John Mitchell'' with (later Sir) Charles Goode ( – 5 February 1922), arriving in Adelaide in April 1849. Together they travelled the State by horse and cart hawking softgoods (soft goods being cloth and articles made from it), and were successful enough to start a small drapery business in Kermode Street, North Adelaide.
