It includes the singles " The Love I Lost" ( UK No. 3), "When I'm Good and Ready" (UK No. 5), " Beyond Your Wildest Dreams" (UK No. 41) and "Stronger Together" (UK No. 41). The first six tracks on the album are produced by Mike Stock and Pete Waterman. Background The album was only released in Europe. In the United States, Sybil released the album '' Doin' It Now!'' a few months earlier, sharing four songs with this album, but overall having a different sound: while ''Good 'N' Ready'' mixes her soul sound with the Stock/Waterman Euro-house, ''Doin' It Now! is more straightforward American R&B/soul of that time. UK Albums Chart
The Official Albums Chart is a list of albums ranked by physical and digital sales and (from March 2015) audio streaming in the United Kingdom. It was published for the first time on 22 July 1956 and is compiled every week by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on Fridays (previously Sundays). It is broadcast on BBC Radio 1 (top 5) and found on the OCC website as a Top 100 or on UKChartsPlus as a Top 200, with positions continuing until all sales have been tracked in data only available to industry insiders. However, even though number 100 was classed as a hit album (as in the case of The Guinness Book of British Hit Albums) in the 1980s until January 1989, since the compilations were removed this definition was changed to Top 75 with follow-up books such as The Virgin Book of British Hit Albums book only including this data. ''Ready Steady Go!'' (or ''RSG!'') was a British rock/pop music television programme broadcast every Friday evening from 9 August 1963 until 23 December 1966. It was conceived by Elkan Allan, head of Rediffusion TV. Allan wanted a light entertainment programme different from the low-brow style of light entertainment transmitted by ATV. The programme was produced without scenery or costumes and with a minimum of choreography and make-up. Allan recruited a fellow journalist, Francis Hitching, as producer. Hitching became a major figure in light entertainment in the 1960s. Robert Fleming was the first director, followed by the documentary director Rollo Gamble, then Michael Lindsay-Hogg, Daphne Shadwell and Peter Croft. ''Sybilization'' is the third album by American singer Sybil, released in 1990. Background Sybil worked with a myriad of producers for this album, including James Bratton, Eddie O'Loughlin, Stacey Harcum, Stock Aitken Waterman and others. It was released in quick succession to her previous album, which had been released a year before and Sybil had had her biggest hit up to that point in the UK with a cover of " Walk On By" in early 1990. The album and its singles, however, were ignored by both radio and record buyers and did not chart. Cassandra Lucas and Charisse Rose, who went on to form the successful R&B group Changing Faces in the mid-1990s, sang backing vocals on three tracks on the album, including the single "Let It Rain". They also appear on the videoclip to that song. "Make It Easy on Me" is a song by American R&B singer Sybil, written and produced by the British team Stock Aitken & Waterman. It was released as the lead single from her third album, ''Sybilization'', in 1990. While Sybil had landed a deal in the UK with Pete Waterman's PWL Records for her previous album, ''Sybil'', the song was her first direct involvement with the producers Stock Aitken & Waterman, although some of her previous singles had been remixed by the production team and their associates on PWL Records. Peter Alan Waterman, (born 15 January 1947) is an English record producer, songwriter, radio and club DJ, television presenter, president of Coventry Bears rugby league club and a keen railway enthusiast. As a member of the Stock Aitken Waterman songwriting team, he wrote and produced many hit singles. Michael Stock (born 3 December 1951) is an English songwriter, record producer, musician, and member of the songwriting and production trio Stock Aitken Waterman.
