''Gone with the Bullets'' (Chinese: 一步之遥) is a 2014 Chinese film directed by Jiang Wen and also starring Jiang Wen, Ge You, Zhou Yun and Shu Qi. Production started on location in Beijing at the China Film Group studio in Huairou on October 2, 2013. Production wrapped before the Chinese New Year holiday. The film was released on December 18, 2014. It was screened in the main competition section of the 65th Berlin International Film Festival. The film was named 2014's "smokiest movie" by an anti-smoking group in China, featuring 45 smoking scenes in all, equivalent to someone smoking every 3.1 minutes. Roles These are the roles. Jiang Wen
Jiang Wen (born 5 January 1963) is a Chinese actor, screenwriter, and director. As a director, he is sometimes grouped with the "Sixth Generation" that emerged in the 1990s. Jiang is also well known internationally as an actor, having starred with Gong Li in Zhang Yimou's debut film '' Red Sorghum'' (1986), and more recently as Baze Malbus in the Star Wars film ''Rogue One'' (2016). He is the older brother of fellow actor Jiang Wu. Career Born in Tangshan, Hebei, in a family of military personnel, Jiang relocated to Beijing at the age of ten. Zhang Xuejing (张学景, Tianjin, 1935-), stagename Niu Ben (牛犇) is a Chinese film actor. Biography He lost both of his parents at the age of six, then lived with his oldest brother, who worked as a driver at the third film factory in Beijing. In 1946, 11-year-old Ben was chosen to act as a village boy "little ox" and became a child star. His stage name Niu Ben is composed of Niu the Chinese character of "牛" (ox, a common surname) and Ben " 犇" (three oxen together, a less common personal name).
