The following is the discography of Goldfinger, a Los Angeles–based punk rock band formed in 1994 by John Feldmann on vocals and guitar, Simon Williams on bass, former drummer of Buffalo NY's Zero Tolerance Darrin Pfeiffer on drums, and Charlie Paulson on guitar. The band released six studio albums between 1996 and 2008, as well as three live albums, a compilation album, four extended plays, seventeen singles, and sixteen music videos. The band released their self-titled debut album in 1996, which featured their biggest hit, "Here in Your Bedroom", which reached number five on the U.S. ''Billboard'' Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart, and within the top 15 on ''RPM'' Alternative 30 in Canada. Goldfinger is an American punk rock and ska punk band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1994. In their early years the band was considered a contributor to the movement of third-wave ska, a mid-1990s revitalization in the popularity of ska. However, the releases of '' Open Your Eyes'' and '' Disconnection Notice'' saw the band shed most of the ska influence, and they have been more commonly placed in the punk rock genre in later years. The ''Billboard'' 200 is a record chart ranking the 200 most popular music albums and EPs in the United States. It is published weekly by '' Billboard'' magazine and is frequently used to convey the popularity of an artist or groups of artists. ''Never Look Back'' is the eighth studio album by American ska punk band Goldfinger (band), Goldfinger, released on December 4, 2020. It marks the return of original guitarist Charlie Paulson, who joins the previous album's line-up of guitarist/vocalist and founding member John Feldmann, lead guitarist Philip Sneed (Story of the Year), bassist Mike Herrera (MxPx, Mike Herrera's Tumbledown) and drummer Nick Gross. ''The Knife'' is the seventh studio album by American ska punk band Goldfinger, released on July 21, 2017, through Rise Records. It marks the band's first album following a nine-year non-album gap, their longest ever. It is their first release featuring their new supergroup line-up consisting of guitarist/vocalist and founding member John Feldmann, lead guitarist Philip Sneed (Story of the Year), bassist Mike Herrera (MxPx, Mike Herrera's Tumbledown) and drummer Travis Barker (Blink-182). There are also several notable musicians who make guest appearances on the album. Background In January 2007, Goldfinger were finishing up their new album, which they were expecting to release in mid-2007. Release On April 30, 2007, "Free Kevin Kjonaas" was posted on the band's Myspace profile. Following this, they appeared at the Wakestock festival in Canada. On December 22, 2007, ''Hello Destiny...'' was announced for release in four months' time. On January 2, 2008, a track titled "One More Time" was posted on the band's Myspace profile. On March 10, 2008, the album's artwork and track listing was posted online. Ten days later, "Get Up" was posted on their Myspace. In early April, the band appeared at the Bamboozle Left festival. ''Disconnection Notice'' is the fifth official album by American punk rock band Goldfinger. This was the band's last album to feature former Ünloco guitarist Brian Arthur; original guitarist Charlie Paulson returned after Arthur's departure. Release On July 27, 2004, it was announced that the band's next album would be titled ''Disconnection Notice''; in addition to this, its track listing was posted online. "My Everything" was made available for streaming through the band's website on August 5, 2004. In November 2004, the album was announced for release in February the following year. This was the first album to feature former Ünloco guitarist, Brian Arthur, after Charlie's departure from the band. "99 Luftballons" (german: link=no, Neunundneunzig Luftballons, "99 balloons") is a song by the German band Nena from their 1983 self-titled album. An English-language version titled "99 Red Balloons", with lyrics by Kevin McAlea, was also released on the album ''99 Luftballons'' in 1984 after widespread success of the original in Europe and Japan.
