"Go to Work" is a song by Irish recording artist Nadine Coyle. The song was released as a digital download on 8 September 2017 by Virgin EMI Records. Background and release "Go to Work" is Coyle's first single since the release of "I Could Be" with Shane Filan in 2015, and her first single as the lead artist since "Sweetest High" in 2011. Coyle announced the single on 23 August 2017, and published a dance rehearsal clip, audio snippet, and music video preview via Twitter to promote the song. The music video was released on 15 September, one week after the track's release. Coyle performed the track live for the first time on 9 September, supporting Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds at "We Are Manchester", a benefit concert to mark the reopening of Manchester Arena following the bombing in May 2017. Nadine Elizabeth Louise Coyle (born 15 June 1985) is an Irish singer, actress and model. In 2002, Coyle was selected as a member of the girl group Girls Aloud, with whom she has been successful in achieving a string of 20 consecutive UK top ten singles (including four number ones), two UK number one albums, five consecutive platinum selling studio albums and received nominations for five BRIT Awards, winning Best Single in 2009 for " The Promise". Heaven (nightclub)
Heaven is a superclub in Charing Cross, London, England. It has a long association with London's LGBT scene and is home to long-running gay night G-A-Y. The club is known for Paul Oakenfold's acid house events in the 1980s, the underground nightclub festival Megatripolis, and for being the birthplace of ambient house. Soundshaft also hosted Future, a regular night on Thursdays run by Andrew Weatherall and Terry Farley. At the end of the night, both crowds would come together when the doors connecting Heaven & Future opened for the last couple of songs. UK Singles Downloads Chart
The UK Singles Downloads Chart is compiled by the Official Charts Company (OCC) on behalf of the music industry. Since July 2015, the chart week runs from Friday to Thursday, with the chart date given as the following Thursday. The main chart contains the Top 200 downloads (which are published in ''UKChartsPlus''), with the top 100 published on the OCC website. The chart only uses sales of ''permanent digital downloads'', that is single-download tracks on non-subscription online music stores. Some downloading services offer a monthly fee plan where generally an unlimited number of tracks can be downloaded within a month for a certain price. Tracks downloaded in those instances do not qualify. An album equivalent, the UK Album Downloads Chart, was launched in April 2006. The Official Charts (legal name: The Official UK Charts Company Limited) is a British inter-professional organization that compiles various "official" record charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. In the United Kingdom, its charts include ones for singles, albums and films, with the data compiled from a mixture of downloads, purchases (of physical media) and streaming. The OCC produces its charts by gathering and combining sales data from retailers through market researchers Kantar, and claims to cover 99% of the singles market and 95% of the album market, and aims to collect data from any retailer who sells more than 100 chart items per week. It is broadcast live on Channel 4 on Sunday mornings and features cookery and interviews with celebrity guests. Format The programme began on 25 March 2012.
