Gisbert (TV Series)
''Gisbert '' is a German television series that was created by Hape Kerkeling and was broadcast in 1999 by the Westdeutscher Rundfunk, WDR television company. Plot Gisbert (Hape Kerkeling) is a substitute-worker, who is getting sub-jobs from the facilitator Frau Schlacke (Hella von Sinnen). In every episode it's a different job but cause of the naive kind of Gisbert he can't get any of the jobs. At the end he always gets fired and explains: "I just wanted to help". Another static role is Herr Faulhaber (Ralph Morgenstern), Frau Schlacke always called him her best employer. Other actors are in every episode but always play different roles, like Isabel Varell, Maren Kroymann, Tana Schanzara and Gottfried Vollmer. Hape Kerkeling
Hans Peter Wilhelm "Hape" Kerkeling (; born 9 December 1964) is a German comedian, TV presenter, author, and actor. Career At secondary school in Recklinghausen, Hape Kerkeling and some fellow students formed a band (''Gesundfutter'', meaning: health food) and published a record (''Hawaii''). Kerkeling started his career as a comedian in radio, working for various German broadcasting companies, such as WDR and BR. His breakthrough came in 1984/85 when, still aged only 19, he got a role in the ''Känguru'' television comedy show (the German word for ''kangaroo'' deliberately spelt without an "h" at the end although this broke the spelling rules at that time). The best-known character in this show was the little boy ''Hannilein'', played by Kerkeling, an irritating child with red hair in a pudding-basin style, dungarees and sitting on giant-sized chairs, who commented on the world of adults. Hella Kemper (born 2 February 1959), known by her stage name Hella von Sinnen (lit. ''Hella out of her mind'', making pun of the aristocratic "von"), is a German entertainer and television presenter. She has been a regular on several TV shows on German private channels, mainly RTL. Isabel Varell
Isabel Varell ( Wehrmann; born 31 July 1961) is a German singer, actress and television presenter. Life Born in Kempen, Varell participated in various talent shows as a singer before she was discovered and supported by German producer Jack White in 1981. She released several singles in German and English language from 1981 on. From 1989 to 1991, she was married to German singer Drafi Deutscher. Harald Franz Schmidt (born 18 August 1957) is a German actor, comedian, television presenter and writer best known as the host of two popular German late-night shows. Early and private life A son of refugees who fled from Sudetenland (now Czech Republic) in 1945, Schmidt spent his youth in Swabian Nürtingen. Zachi Noy ( he, צחי נוי; born 8 July 1953) is an Israeli actor. Early life Noy was born in 1953 in Haifa, Israel. At a young age, Noy did stage work for the local Israeli theater "HaSadna" in Haifa. Later, he spent his military service in a military band. Katja Ebstein (born Karin Witkiewicz; 9 March 1945) is a German singer. She was born in Girlachsdorf (now Gniewków, Poland). She achieved success with songs such as "Theater" and "Es war einmal ein Jäger". She was married to , who wrote many of her songs.
