Gilad Kleter
Gilad Kletter ( he, גלעד קלטר; born 2 April 1976) is an Israeli voice actor. Biography Kletter was raised in Hadar Yosef in Tel Aviv. At a young age, he was recruited for Tel-Aviv Scouts Band, where he was praised for his acting skills. Kletter served as an actor and theatre commander at the Air Force Theater. Since 1998, Kletter is a member of Gesher Theater, and played at many plays. He is best known for his Hebrew-dubbing roles as Squidward Tentacles in ''SpongeBob SquarePants'' (the youngest actor to date to voice the character), Optimus Prime in '' The Transformers'' series, Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz in ''Phineas and Ferb'', and Kowalski in the ''Madagascar'' series. Hadar Yosef ( he, הַדָר יוֹסֶף, ''lit.'' Glory of Joseph) is a residential neighborhood of Tel Aviv, Israel, in the northeastern part of the city. The neighborhood is located to the north of the Yarkon River and near the National Sport Center – Tel Aviv. History Hadar Yosef was established in 1946. The Ten Windmills Bridge ( he, גשר עשר הטחנות, today Hadar Yosef Bridge) was built at the end of 1930s by the British Mandate government as part of a road connecting Kiryat Shaul, Ramat HaSharon and Herzliya to Tel Aviv. The neighborhood is named for Yosef Elisar who purchased the land. The northern border is Mivtsah Kadesh street, with Bnei Ephraim to the west, Pinhas Rozen to the east and Shitrit street to the south.
