Ghost Day (film)
''Ghost Day'' ( th, แก๊งค์ตบผี) is a 2012 Thai horror comedy film directed by Thanit Jitnukul, Titipong Chaisat, and Sorathep Vetwongsatip. The film is set in modern-day Bangkok where the production team behind the television series ''Ghost Day'' is told by their show is going to be cancelled. To stop the end of their program, the staff decide to find a real haunted area and, after viewing a video online by ghostbusters Mhen (Apisit Opasaimlikit) and Chiad ( Padong Songsang), they decide to approach them to do a deal. Mhen and Chiad have brought along a real female ghost who appears and possesses the show's director, Pom ( Boriboon Chanruang). The film was shown at the 16th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival and was the fifth-highest-grossing film in Thailand on its opening week. Thanit Jitnukul
Tanit Jitnukul ( Thai: ธนิตย์ จิตนุกูล, born in 1956 in Songkhla Province, Thailand) is a Thai film director, screenwriter and producer. Among his films is the 2000 historical battle epic, '' Bang Rajan''. His nickname is "Pued" (ปืีด). Biography Tanit graduated from Siam Vocational School. He started in the movie business as a film-poster artist. In 1985 he was the co-director on ''Suem Noi Noi Galon Mark Noi'' ("Happy Go Lucky") with Adirek Wattaleela, better known in Thailand simply as "Uncle". Uncle would go on to produce ''Bangrajan''. Tanit made his name doing historical battle epics and directing a string of them; ''Bang Rajan'', ''Legend of the Warlord'' and ''Sema: Warrior of Ayutthaya''. Joey Boy ( th, โจอี้ บอย; born 1975) or Apisit Opasaimlikit ( th, อภิสิทธิ์ โอภาสเอี่ยมลิขิต, ), is a Thai hip hop singer and producer known as The Godfather of Thai Hip Hop. Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival
The Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (), or BiFan, is an international film festival held annually in July in Bucheon, South Korea. Prior to 2015, it was known as the Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival or PiFan. Inaugurated in 1997, the festival focuses on South Korean and international horror, thriller, mystery and fantasy films, with particular attention to Asian cinema from East Asia and Southeast Asia.
