Yichang (), alternatively romanized as Ichang, is a prefecture-level city located in western Hubei province, China. Run-of-river hydroelectricity (ROR) or run-of-the-river hydroelectricity is a type of hydroelectric generation plant whereby little or no water storage is provided.
