Nova Friburgo (, ger, Neufreiburg, , en, New Fribourg, commonly referred to as just "Friburgo") is a municipality in the state of Rio de Janeiro in southeastern Brazil. It is located in the mountainous region, in the Center Mesoregion of the state, from its capital Rio de Janeiro. The town is above sea level. Nazário is a municipality in eastern Goiás state, Brazil. Location Nazário is located 74 km. west of the state capital, Goiânia a few kilometers west of the Rio dos Bois, a major tributary of the Paranaíba River. Sprinting is running over a short distance at the top-most speed of the body in a limited period of time.
