Jerry Doyle (July 16, 1956 – July 27, 2016) was an American talk radio host, right-libertarian political commentator, television actor and founder of the content platform EpicTimes. His nationally syndicated talk show, ''The Jerry Doyle Show'', aired throughout the United States on Talk Radio Network. As an actor, Doyle was best known as security chief Michael Garibaldi in the science fiction series ''Babylon 5'' (1994–1998). Early life Doyle graduated from Pope John XXIII Regional High School in Sparta, New Jersey, in 1973, where he played varsity football and basketball. In 1978, Doyle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, while also receiving his flight training. Jerry J. Doyle (born August 1, 1941) is a former provincial level politician from Alberta, Canada. He served as a member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta from 1989 to 1993 sitting with the opposition New Democratic Party caucus. Political career Doyle ran as a candidate for the New Democrats in the 1989 Alberta general election. He defeated Progressive Conservative incumbent Ian Reid to pick up the West Yellowhead electoral district for his party. Gerry Doyle (hurler)
Gerry Doyle (1913 – 13 November 1975) was an Irish hurler who played as a goalkeeper for the Tipperary senior team. Born in Thurles, County Tipperary, Doyle first arrived on the inter-county scene when he first linked up with the Tipperary senior team. He joined the senior panel during the 1937 championship. Doyle went on to retain the position of reserve goalkeeper during a successful era for the team, and won two All-Ireland medals and two Munster medals as a non-playing substitute. At club level Doyle won six championship medals with Thurles Sarsfield's, having begun his career with Thurles Kickhams. His brother, Tommy, and his sons, Jimmy and Paddy Doyle, also enjoyed All-Ireland success with Tipperary. Doyle's retirement came following the conclusion of the 1945 championship. Gerry Doyle (Irish Footballer)
Gerry Doyle (16 September 1911 – 3 December 1990) was an Irish football player and manager in Ireland who spent most of his football career with Shelbourne in the League of Ireland. Career Doyle was born in Dublin. He managed Shelbourne from the end of the 1956–57 season, having taken over from Eddie Gannon, to October 1965. Doyle's first spell as Shels manager was a successful one. He promoted a number of the club's 1959 FAI Youth Cup winning team to the first team and his decision was rewarded the following season as Shels claimed the FAI Cup for the second time. Doyle also took the first ever Shels team into Europe when they played Sporting Clube de Portugal in the European Cup in 1962–63. He became Dundalk F.C. manager in April 1965. After one season at Oriel Park he moved to St Patrick's Athletic in June 1966. Came back to Shels in August 1967. Gerald Joseph Doyle (born 17 February 1965) is a Scottish former association football, footballer who played for Partick Thistle F.C., Partick Thistle, Alloa Athletic F.C., Alloa Athletic, Stranraer F.C., Stranraer and Dumbarton F.C., Dumbarton. Jeremy Doyle
Jeremy "JD" Doyle (2 November 1983 – 18 December 2011) was an Australian wheelchair basketball player. He became paraplegic due to being run over by a truck and competed in the 2009 Paralympic World Cup and the 2010 World Championship. He died of cancer in 2011 at the age of 28. Early and personal life Doyle was born on 19 November 1983. He became a paraplegic at the age of four after being struck by a car. He worked for ING in 2009. In 2009, Doyle was named a Don't DIS my ABILITY Ambassador. At the 2010 New South Wales Institute of Sport Awards, he was honoured for his "Outstanding Achievement". In 2010, he was diagnosed with bladder cancer. In August 2011, while he was preparing for the 2012 London Paralympics, the cancer returned and he was diagnosed as terminally ill.
