Grupo Sportivo de Loures is a Portuguese football club located in Loures, Portugal. History Loures was founded on 13 August 1913 by local footballers who used to play in a plot of land called ''Casaréus'' in Loures. Their first ever game was a 3–1 friendly win over Sporting CP. In the 1950s, the club added facilities for cycling, athletics, table tennis, and roller hockey. In 1978 they added handball, and in 2004 futsal Futsal is a football-based game played on a hardcourt, hard court smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. Loures () is a city and a municipality in Portugal which is part of the Lisbon District, District and Lisbon Metropolitan Area, Metropolitan area of Lisbon. It is the fifth most populous municipality in the country, with a total population of 201,632. History There was early human settlement in the Loures area dating back to the Upper Paleolithic period, as evidenced by findings at the Cave of Pego do Diabo and the Cave of Salemas. Campeonato De Portugal (league)
The Campeonato de Portugal (Portuguese for 'Championship of Portugal') is the fourth level of the Portuguese football league system. Together with the third-tier Liga 3, it is organized by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). The Campeonato de Portugal was introduced in 2013 as the new third-level championship, under the name Campeonato Nacional de Seniores (Seniors National Championship), replacing both the Segunda Divisão and Terceira Divisão (former third and fourth divisions, respectively). The 2021–22 Campeonato de Portugal was the ninth season of Portuguese football's recreated fourth-tier league, since the merging of the Segunda Divisão and Terceira Divisão in 2013, and the seventh season under the current Campeonato de Portugal title. After the creation of Liga 3, the new third-tier league in 2021, this was also the first season of Campeonato Portugal as the fourth-tier league in Portuguese football league system, the 24th overall at that level. Roller In-line Hockey
Roller inline hockey, or inline hockey is a variant of hockey played on a hard, smooth surface, with players using inline skates to move and ice hockey sticks to shoot a hard, plastic puck into their opponent's goal to score points. The sport is a very fast-paced and free-flowing game and is considered a contact sport, but body checking is prohibited. There are five players including the goalkeeper from each team on the rink at a time, while teams normally consist of 16 players.
