Fútbol Club Cartagena, S.A.D. is a Spanish football team based in Cartagena, in the Region of Murcia, Spain. Founded in 1995 it currently plays in Segunda División, holding home games at ''Estadio Cartagonova'', with a capacity of 15,105 spectators. The club is considered to be a continuation of Cartagena CF, founded in 1919. Estadio Cartagonova is a multi-purpose stadium in Cartagena, Spain, Cartagena, Spain. It is currently used mostly for football (soccer), football matches and hosts the home matches of Segunda División club, FC Cartagena. The capacity of the stadium is 15,105 spectators. History The construction of the football field, was assigned to the project team CMMP Arquitectos (Cardona, Martin and Plaza Molina), Murcia. These gave the bases for the design and construction of the Mini Estadi of FC Barcelona in 1982, designed by the Catalan architect Josep Ramón Casals. Completed in a few months, 7 February 1988 the stadium hosted its first match between Cartagena CF and Burgos CF which ended goalless. Copa Del Rey
The Campeonato de España–Copa de Su Majestad el Rey, commonly known as Copa del Rey or simply La Copa and formerly known as Copa del Presidente de la República (1932–36) and Copa del GeneralÃsimo (1939–76), is an annual knockout football competition in Spanish football, organized by the Royal Spanish Football Federation. Extremadura Unión Deportiva was a Spanish football team based in Almendralejo, in the autonomous community of Extremadura. Founded in 2007, it last played in Primera División RFEF – Group 1, holding home games at ''Estadio Francisco de la Hera''. The 2018 Segunda División B play-offs (Playoffs de Ascenso or Promoción de Ascenso) are the final playoffs for promotion from 2017–18 Segunda División B to the 2018–19 Segunda División. Away Goals Rule
The away goals rule is a method of tiebreaker, tiebreaking in association football and other sports when teams play each other twice, once at each team's home ground. Under the away goals rule, if the total goals scored by each team are equal, the team that has scored more goals "Road (sports), away from home" wins. This is sometimes expressed by saying that away goals "count double" in the event of a tie, though in practice the team with more away goals is simply recorded as the victor, rather than having additional or 'double' goals added to their total. Carlos Leopoldo MartÃnez Garrido (born 12 February 1989) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Lincoln Red Imps as a winger. Club career Born in Córdoba, Andalusia, MartÃnez started playing as a senior with Villanueva CF in the 2006–07 campaign, in Tercera División. He moved to Córdoba CF in January 2007, being assigned to the youth setup. On 7 September 2011 MartÃnez played his first match as a professional, starting in a 1–0 away win against Real Murcia, for the season's Copa del Rey. He spent the vast majority of his spell playing with the reserves also in the fourth level, however. On 10 July 2012 MartÃnez joined Lucena CF, in Segunda División B. 2011–12 Segunda División
The 2011–12 Segunda División season (known as the Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 81st since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 26 August 2011 after the Association of Spanish Footballers (AFE) called a strike, the regular league ended on 3 June 2012, while the entire season ended on 16 June 2012 with the promotion play-off finals. The first goal of the season was scored by Xabier Etxeita, who scored a ninth-minute goal for Elche against Girona in the early kick-off. The first red card of the season was given to Richy from Girona in their opening game against Elche.
