Functional Constituency (Macau)
The functional constituency is a professional or special interest group involved in the electoral process, they make up part of the political systems of Macau in legislative branch. Eligible voters in a functional constituency are designated legal entities such as organisations and corporations. Hong Kong has a similar political system. Politics of Macau is a framework of a politically constrained multi-party presidential system, dominated by the People's Republic of China. Ho Iat Seng
Ho Iat-seng (; born 12 June 1957) is a Macanese politician serving as the 3rd and current Chief Executive of Macau since December 2019. Early life Ho studied at , Macau. In 1992, he studied electronic engineering and economics at Zhejiang University in Zhejiang; he would later become a visiting fellow of the university. Susana Chou
Susana Chou Vaz da Luz (born 2 December 1941), also known as Chou Kei-jan and Cao Qizhen, is a Macau politician who served as the President of the Legislative Assembly of Macau from 1999 to 2009. Biography Chou's ancestral hometown is the current Yinzhou District of the city of Ningbo in China's Zhejiang Province. Chou was born in Shanghai on 2 December 1941, and is the oldest daughter of Chao Kuang Piu, who was an industrial tycoon in Shanghai. While her father moved in Hong Kong after 1949, Chou remained in China until 1968 when she moved to Macau. Chou studied physics and majored in radio technology at the Anhui University.
