''Full Coverage, Vol. 1'' is an extended play (EP) by Trixie Mattel, released on April 30, 2021. The four-track collection includes cover versions of songs by Lana Del Rey, Violent Femmes, Cher, and Johnny Cash. Orville Peck is featured on the duet "Jackson (song), Jackson". Composition The EP opens with a cover of Lana Del Rey's "Video Games (song), Video Games". "Blister in the Sun" by American rock band Violent Femmes is the second track. The final two tracks are renditions of Cher's "Believe (Cher song), Believe" and "Jackson (song), Jackson", a collaboration featuring country singer Orville Peck. Peck also provided background vocals on "Video Games" in the form of whistling. Release and promotion "Video Games" and "Blister in the Sun" had been issued as singles in September 2020 and February 2021 respectively prior to the release of the extended play, with both singles also receiving music videos. Brian Michael Firkus (born August 23, 1989), better known by the stage name Trixie Mattel, is an American drag queen, television personality, and singer-songwriter originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is known for her exaggerated, high-camp style and blend of comedy and acoustic pop. After initially competing on the seventh season of the drag competition ''RuPaul's Drag Race'' in 2015, she would later go on to win the third season of '' RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars'' in 2018. Orville Peck is a South African country musician based in Canada. He wears a fringed mask and has never shown his face publicly. He released his debut album ''Pony'' in 2019, followed by the EP '' Show Pony'' the next year. His second studio album ''Bronco'' was released on April 8, 2022. Early life Peck was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and lived there until he was 15. As a child, Peck taught himself music by playing on an acoustic guitar and an old Casio keyboard. He is the son of a sound engineer, and he did voice-over work for cartoons and other media as a child. Growing up, he trained in ballet for 12 years, and performed in musical theatre. Tim Powell, born Timothy Martin Powell (born 21 June 1979), is a British songwriter, producer and mixer. Powell was a member of the writing and production house, Xenomania, for fourteen years.
