''Fuck You and Then Some'' (stylized as ''!!!Fuck You!!! and Then Some'') is a 1996 reissue of the Overkill EPs '' Overkill'' (1985) and '' !!!Fuck You!!!'' (1987), combined with bonus live tracks, including a cover of Black Sabbath's "Hole in the Sky". Overkill (band)
Overkill is an American thrash metal band, formed in 1980 in New Jersey. They have gone through many lineup changes, leaving bassist D.D. Verni and lead vocalist Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth as the only constant members. In addition to Verni and Ellsworth, Overkill's current lineup includes Dave Linsk on lead guitar, Derek Tailer on rhythm guitar and Jason Bittner on drums. Along with Nuclear Assault and Anthrax, whose one-time lead guitarist Dan Spitz was also an early member of Overkill, the band is one of the most successful East Coast thrash metal bands, and they are often called "the Motörhead of thrash metal", based on their unique playing style, which was influenced by punk rock and the new wave of British heavy metal. The band has a notable mascot named "Chaly", a skeletal bat with a skull-like face, horns, bony wings and green eyes, who has appeared on most of their album covers. Bobby Ellsworth
Robert Ellsworth (born May 3, 1959), best known as Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth, is an American singer who is the lead vocalist of New Jersey thrash metal band Overkill. He has been the vocalist of Overkill since its inception in 1980, and he and bassist D. D. Verni are the band's only constant members. Ellsworth is a member of the supergroup cover band BPMD. He also previously fronted The Cursed, a now defunct band featuring guitarist Dan Lorenzo, which released the ''Room Full of Sinners'' LP in 2007. Personal life In 1998, Ellsworth was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of nose cancer and underwent immediate surgery, which successfully removed the tumor. Ellsworth had a focal seizure in Germany in June 2002, right in the middle of the song "Necroshine". He commented: "The beauty of a stroke is that you don't remember. ''Sabotage'' is the sixth studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in July 1975. The album was recorded in the midst of a legal battle with the band's former manager Patrick Meehan. The stress that resulted from the band's ongoing legal woes infiltrated the recording process, inspiring the album's title. It was co-produced by guitarist Tony Iommi and Mike Butcher. Recording Black Sabbath began work on their sixth album in February 1975, again in England at Morgan Studios in Willesden, London. The title ''Sabotage'' was chosen because the band were at the time being sued by their former management and felt they were being "sabotaged all the way along the line and getting punched from all sides", according to Iommi. ''Fuck You'' (stylized as ''!!!Fuck You!!!'') is an EP released by thrash metal band Overkill in 1987. Consisting of a cover version of the song "Fuck You" (originally by The Subhumans), the EP also featured 5 live tracks recorded at Phantasy Theater in Cleveland, Ohio. Long out of print, the EP is now extremely rare, but was re-released in 1997 with extra tracks as ''!!!Fuck You!!! and Then Some''. Both the cassette version of the original 1987 release and the 1990 CD reissue were sold with reversible cover art. When sold in stores, the visible side was a full sheet of white with the band's logo, the album name reading as ''!!!**** You!!!'', and a subhead that read "The Record THEY tried to ban". A Parental Advisory logo appeared in the lower right corner on the CD. The original cover art was able to be used if the booklet/J-card was opened and reversed by creasing the cover the opposite way.
