Fu Kun-cheng
Fu Kun-cheng (; born 1951) is a Taiwanese politician. Education Fu attended elementary school in Pingtung County Pingtung County is a county located in southern Taiwan. It has a warm tropical monsoon climate and is known for its agriculture and tourism. Kenting National Park, Taiwan's oldest national park, is located in the county. The county seat is Pin ..., middle school in , Zhongshan District, Taipei, and graduated from Taipei Municipal Jianguo High School. He studied law at National Taiwan University, and completed a doctorate in the subject at the University of Virginia. Career Fu taught as an associate professor at his alma mater, as well as National Chengchi University, Soochow University, Tamkang University, Chinese Culture University, and National Taiwan Ocean University.
