Fred Sands
Fred Charles Sands (February 16, 1938 – October 23, 2015) was an American business executive and real estate investor. He served as the Chairman of Vintage Capital Group. Early life Fred Charles Sands was born to a Jewish family on February 16, 1938, in Manhattan, New York City.Peter Y. Wilshire Boulevard Temple, known from 1862 to 1933 as Congregation B'nai B'rith, is the oldest Jewish congregation in Los Angeles, California. Bel Air (or Bel-Air) is a residential neighborhood on the Westside of Los Angeles, California, in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains.
