Fred Grim (basketball)
Johann Georg Friedrich "Fred" Grim (born 17 August 1965) is a Dutch football coach and former player who is currently manager of FC Emmen. A former goalkeeper, Grim represented Ajax and Cambuur during his playing career. Playing career Grim began his career in the youth department of JOS from the Watergraafsmeer district of Amsterdam. In 1984, he joined the famed Ajax youth academy and also progressed to the first team, but did however not appear in the Eredivisie, as he was mostly a reserve behind starter Stanley Menzo. During the 1986–87 season, Cambuur head coach Fritz Korbach brought him to the Leeuwarden-based club competing in the second-tier Eerste Divisie, first on a loan deal and since on a permanent contract. The Eredivisie (; ''"Honour Division"'' or ''"Premier Division"'') is the highest level of professional football in the Netherlands. The league was founded in 1956, two years after the start of professional football in the Netherlands. It is considered one of the best European leagues. Danny Blind
Dirk Franciscus "Danny" Blind (; born 1 August 1961) is a Dutch former football player and coach. He played as a defender for Sparta Rotterdam, Ajax and the Netherlands national team. As coach he has managed Ajax and the Netherlands national team. He is one of only two Dutch players, together with Arnold Mühren, to have won all UEFA club competitions. Joseph Anthonius ''John ''van den Brom (born 4 October 1966) is a Dutch former professional footballer and the current manager of Ekstraklasa side Lech Poznań. As a player, he played for Vitesse, Ajax, De Graafschap and Istanbulspor. After his playing career, Van den Brom became a manager. The Royal Dutch Football Association (, ; KNVB ) is the governing body of football in the Netherlands. The KNVB Beker (; en, KNVB Cup), branded as the TOTO KNVB Beker for sponsorship reasons, is a competition in the Netherlands organized by the Royal Dutch Football Association (KNVB) since 1898. It was based on the format of the English FA Cup. Outside the Netherlands, it is often referred to as the Dutch Cup. Edwin Van Der Sar
Edwin van der Sar (; born 29 October 1970) is a Dutch football executive and former professional player who is currently the chief executive of AFC Ajax, with whom he began his senior playing career in the early 1990s; he is considered to be a member of the club's golden generation and was part of the Ajax team that won the UEFA Champions League in 1995. A goalkeeper, he left Ajax for Juventus in 1999, where he spent two years before moving to England, first to Fulham and then to Manchester United in 2005. Robert Baan (born 1 April 1943) is a Dutch football coach, appointed to the role of Technical Director for the Indian national team by the AIFF. He was the Technical Director of All India Football Federation. Biography Baan was born in Rotterdam, South Holland. Before joining the Indian team, he served the technical director role for the Netherlands, Feyenoord Rotterdam and ADO Den Haag. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. History The Eerste Divisie consists of 20 clubs, who play each other in a double round-robin league, with each club playing the other club home and away.
