Frank Ross (Scottish Footballer)
Francis Ross (born 18 February 1998) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a winger for USL League One club One Knoxville SC. He has previously played for Aberdeen, Greenock Morton, Ayr United and Go Ahead Eagles. Career On 16 May 2015, Ross made his professional debut for Aberdeen in a league match against Dundee. On 3 July 2016, he signed a new two-year contract. On 3 December 2017, Ross scored his first senior goal for the Dons from a free-kick against Rangers. On 8 December, in the next match, he was given his first start for the club, in a 1–0 win against Dundee. Ross was loaned to Championship club Greenock Morton in January 2018. On 8 July 2019, Ross moved on loan to Ayr United until January. He signed a new one-year deal in May 2019 with the Dons, with the option of a further year. However on 12 June 2020, Ross was released by Aberdeen. On 20 August 2020, Ross signed for Dutch club Go Ahead Eagles, on a two-year contract with the option of a third. In ... Ellon, Aberdeenshire
Ellon ( gd, Eilean) is a town in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, approximately north of Aberdeen, lying on the River Ythan, which has one of the few undeveloped river Ythan Estuary, estuaries on the eastern coast of Scotland. It is in the ancient region of Formartine. Its name is believed to derive from the Gaelic term ''Eilean'', an island, on account of the presence of an island in the River Ythan, which offered a convenient fording point. In 1707 it was made a burgh of barony for the Earl of Buchan. Natalie Ross
Natalie Ross (born 14 September 1989) is a Scottish football midfielder who plays for Celtic and has represented Scotland at youth and senior level. Club career Ross began her career with Hibernian Ladies before leaving to join Arsenal Ladies in July 2008. After an ankle injury disrupted Ross' progress during two seasons at Arsenal, she returned to Hibernian on loan in January 2011, before signing for Celtic for the start of the 2012 season. After a short spell back in England with Lewes, Ross signed for Rangers in January 2013. She returned to Celtic in January 2016. The Scottish Premiership, known as the cinch Premiership for sponsorship reasons, is the top division of the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), the league competition for men's professional football clubs in Scotland. The Scottish Premiership was established in July 2013, after the SPFL was formed by a merger of the Scottish Premier League and Scottish Football League. There are 12 teams in this division, with each team playing 38 matches per season. Sixteen clubs have played in the Scottish Premiership since its creation in the 2013–14 season.
